Refund policy

We do not offer refunds to original form of payment -  Exchange or store credit only.

 

Orders paid using Shop Pay installments are eligible for store credit only on approved returns. We do not have the ability to modify, pause, or cancel installment payment schedules. After store credit is issued, installment payments will continue as scheduled.

 

In Store Purchases

**Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All originals tags must be attached. Shoes must be in original box.**

Regular Priced Merchandise

Return: Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item in store only to receive a store credit.

Exchange: Within 10 days of purchase, you can exchange your item in store only.

Sale Merchandise

Return: Sale items marked with a discount less than 60% can be returned in store only for a store credit within 10 days.

Exchange: Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be exchanged in store only within 10 days.

Sale items marked with a discount of 60% or greater are final sale.

No price adjustments on sale items.

Online Purchases

Return: We offer store credit within 14 days from the shipping date. Twist does not cover return shipping costs.

Exchange: We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Twist does not cover return shipping costs.

Sale Merchandise

Return: Sale items marked with a discount less than 60% can be returned for a store credit within 14 days from the shipping date. Twist does not cover return shipping costs.

  • Shoes must be in original box.


Sale Merchandise:

  • Anything purchased at 60% off or more will be final sale.
  • Store credit will be issued for the difference of any items purchased at full price within 10 days of sale. Not applicable for any items purchased during Boxing Day or Summer Clearance Sale. 
  • No price adjustments on sale items.
