Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada
We ship all orders within Canada via UPS. We do not currently ship internationally. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a street address at checkout.

Shipping costs

  • Orders of $150 or more: free standard shipping
  • Orders under $150: $12 flat rate

Signature required on all orders
For the security of your order, every package requires a signature on delivery. Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, so please double-check it before placing your order.

If you won't be home to sign
If no one is available, the UPS driver will leave a delivery notice (called an InfoNotice), and you can make other arrangements directly with UPS:

  • Have it left without a signature: Sign the InfoNotice in the space provided and put it back where the driver left it, and UPS will leave your package on the next delivery attempt. UPS
  • Pick it up nearby: Have your package sent to a UPS Access Point location, where it will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days. You'll need two government-issued photo IDs with names matching the name on the package. UPS
  • Pick it up at a UPS Customer Centre: Requests must be received by 7 p.m. UPS
  • Reschedule or get alerts: Sign up for UPS My Choice (free) to receive delivery alerts and reschedule packages. UPS

You can manage any of these options by tracking your package on ups.com using your tracking number or InfoNotice number. UPS may make up to three delivery attempts; after the final attempt, undeliverable packages are returned to the sender. If your order is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost or a refund less shipping charges. UPS

Lost or stolen packages
Once a package has been signed for, or left without a signature at your request, it is considered delivered. Twist Fashions is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we'll open a claim with UPS.

Returns
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
