Shipping
Free UPS Standard shipping within Canada for orders over $150. We do not ship internationally at this time. Flat rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders under $150.
Returns/Exchanges
**Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All originals tags must be attached. Shoes must be in original box.**
Regular Priced Merchandise
Return: We offer store credit within 14 days from the shipping date. Twist does not cover return shipping costs.
Exchange: We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Twist does not cover return shipping costs.
Sale Merchandise
Return: Sale items marked with a discount less than 60% can be returned for a store credit within 14 days from the shipping date. Twist does not cover return shipping costs.
